U14

Focused on Skill Development and Fun

The U14 Alpine Race team is dedicated to developing the WHOLE skier and not just the racer.  The kids learn through a combination of free skiing, skill related drills, and gate training.  Fun is emphasized in every aspect of their development.  We, as a staff, focus on building life-long skiers as well as ski race athletes with a passion for improving and growing.

Quality Coaching From Dedicated Coaches

Our staff is a passionate group with many years of experience.  The kids get lots of quality feedback and support every training day and are fully supported at races.  Families will get excellent communication about events and travel plans as well as what to expect for each training session.  We make all our training sessions educational while keeping them fresh and fun too.  Variety is the spice of life and we aim to keep things spicy.

Developing Great Skiers and Greater People

We at EMSC strive to develop the whole person, not just the athlete.  Most ski racers or other ski/snowboard athletes don't make it to the highest level of competition.  This is why we need to keep a focus on helping them become great people and ambassadors of their sport as well as their home club and resort.  We, as a staff, do just that.  We emphasize respect and being kind to all the different people they might encounter on any given day during the season.

This is what makes EMSC such a great organization to be a part of.
